Eden Hall Campus Summer programs

Summer programming at Chatham's Eden Hall campus offers unique opportunities for learning for people of all ages, education, and professional levels. The programs offer one-of-a-kind instruction from Chatham faculty renowned for their work in sustainability, food studies, and environmental leadership and education. High School Food, Farm & Field | July 7-20, 2013

In Summer 2012, Food, Farm & Field debuted to college undergraduate and graduate students. In Summer 2013, we will offer the course to motivated high school students who wish to learn more about food, sustainability, and the food system's impact on the environment. Following a similar curriculum to the university-level Food, Farm & Field, this program will be a two week-long residential program with students staying at Chatham's Eden Hall Campus and include field trips, class discussions, and interactive activities both in the field and in the kitchen.
